In case of an exchange, please email us regarding the issue you have faced with the order you have received and a team member will be in touch to resolve the issue. You will be required to mail us the pair along with a filled exchange form at the given address and your exchange pair will be processed in the same way as any new order. To process the exchange, please notify the company within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange policy does not apply to used items, sale or discounted items or customized pairs.
